Shamsu Uddin, Assistant Director, Department of Youth Development,  Noakhali and Mrs. Nargis Ara Begum, upazilla officer, Department of Youth Development, Sadar, Noakhali were visiting the Nursery Project of CMSS at its Dynamics Research Technology Institute, Sonapur, Sadar, Noakhali.
